Transaction monitor Function is not working in Self Service?

Dear All,

I need your quick help please, I've attached one OAF function called "HR_TRANSACTION_EMP_SS" to my Self-Service responsibility to allow users track their own requests statuses,

But the function is not working probably, as It's just working with the standard and Generic requests only.

"IF I tried to search for any custom request to know where it's pending the search is not returning anything, but in case of the "Leave Absence" request it's displaying correctly.


Anyone Can help why this is happening, and what is the solution please?
