Siebel Loyalty : Server Key Mappings

Hi All,

  We wanted to re align Loyalty Members in our Enterprise, where we have over 5 Million members associated to 500 keys. We want to redistribute them since they are not aligned properly.

What is the best approach EAI or EIM or a direct pl sql  ?

What are the pros and cons of each approach ?

Also if i want to dedicate around 100 keys to a sub set of members then how should we plan.

By looking at the batch engine query i can see that it queries for all txns based on process no, so during the realignment time do we need to have the batch engine down or can we keep the engine up and running while we do the re alignment ?
