Media Synchronized meaning

Hello,

What is impact if the output of "show health" health is the following:

Media Synchronized            false

What is the difference of:

Media Synchronized            True

Does this mean that redundant SBC is not ready for switch over? And if the switch over takes place, the established media connections will  be affected/failed?
