Free good using a grouping of order line value

Hi we are Under JDE 8.12.

We are creating sales orders with distinct items and distinct SHCN values from these lines. SHCN is not the one from F4102/F4101.

We'd like to have a free good functionnality based on level break over the sum of the quantity per value of SCHN.

Is it possible?
