Line Type in Sales Order Entry

Some sales order have the wrong line type.

If we enter a Non Stock Item and the following line is a stock item, the system displays the stock item as a NS line type. Has anyone experienced the same error?

This is a very rare case and it does not happen all the time. We could not repliy the case on purpose.
