P03B2002 - Portugal Localization No Invoices has been related to this document

During booking of manual invoice through P0B2002, I am getting "No Invoices has been related to this doc" error.

Also not able to see the legal company and next number from Regional Info in FORM exist on invoice entry screen. I checked all the setups but unable to track this issue.

Please help
