using Siebel application from an Internet Explorer passing through Proxy (Proxy 175.* is bypassing).

using Siebel application from an Internet Explorer passing through Proxy (proxy 175.* is bypassing). Overall performance is OK , but there is big delay in attaching files.

Is there any restriction or dependency of Siebel for having the bypass proxy as a requirement, or this can be recovered from any configuration?
