EM Cloud control 12c - DBaaS does not scale up

Hi Guys,

While doing tests in the Cloud control 12c using Cloud and provisioning packs I'm missing a option to make the scaling up possible to the DBaaS consumers, in order It's not clear me how to increase the workload capacity (CPU, Storage, Memory) for any database service created through the Self Service Portal. I couldn't  find anything in the tool or some doc about.

Does anyone knows what Oracle suggests here or what can be made to allow the DBaaS consumers increase their capacity by themselves ?

We're not doing virtualization. I'm sending below Self Service Portal screenshots with database services and database service page I'm talking about.
