what is the right way to apply Patch R12.AD.C.delta.7 ?

Greetings,

I have followed (Doc ID 1617461.1) to the end in order to apply R12.AD.C.delta.7 (20745242) patch and the process was succeeded. the used command was:

"adop phase=apply patches=<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;">20745242,22123818 merge=yes"</span>

However, when check "Recommended Patches" through Patch Wizard, the 20745242 does appear as "Not Applied" as in attached img1.

when search for 20745242 through OAM, a patch named "ad_4143565323" appear as in attached img2.

I tried to re-apply 20745242 again as in (Doc ID 1617461.1) but getting message says:

Skipping patch 20745242 as it has already been applied.

[WARNING] You can reapply a patch by adding restart=no and abandon=yes to the adop command line.
