h323 configuration using the local-policy.

Hi All.

I'm the H 323 configuration to the test environment as follows.

[TEST config]

phone-----------GW ------------

   .....                                                                                           ----------------- GK

phone-----------GW ------------  h323-stack(GK) SBC  h323-stack(GW) 

   .....                                                                                            ----------------- GK

phone-----------GW ------------

   .....

When configuring each of the h323-stack to GK-GW, I want to use the local-policy to routing with two SA (GK).

Is it possible?
