Siebel IP 2015 database installation failed

Hi,

I am installing Siebel IP 2015 on Linux 6 and oracle 11g R2. DB server configuration utility executed successfully and generated master_install.ucf file. But while running the upgrade wizard to install Siebel database, I am getting below error. Could anyone please help on this.


unable to open file "set_unicode.sql"

error encountered
