Downloading a binary file over HTTP

Hello,

Environment : Siebel 8.1, IBM AIX 6.1

I would like to know if it's possible to download a binary file, e.g. a PDF file, over HTTP and save it on the server (in the /bin directory and not in the filesystem) ?

Is there any business service to do such things or is it only available with Siebel Scripting (e.g. Celib) ?

"EAI File Transport" business service doesn't able to manipulate URL links and "EAI HTTP Transport" need a subsystem but my requested URL will change for each document to download.

I'm sorry but I don't find any appropriate answer about these actions (downloading over HTTP and saving the downloaded file) and, before creating any SR, I hope someone here can help me.
