Blinking amber LED with Adaptec raid card (couger)

Hi Experts

I have a question about blinking amber LED on HDD in X4150/X4170 with
adaptec HBA (couger). In the service manual amber LED is defined as
on or off, so blink is not defined.

Question : If does blinking amber LED on HDD mean predictive failure ?


When the condition happens, I realize arcconf shows following
which may mean smart predictive failure is flagged.
