Running Post Tasks in 12.2 Upgrade

Applied 12.2.5 RUP5 sucessfully and

adop phase=cleanup

ran successfully

adop phase=fs_clone

END: StageAppsTier Finished at Tue Mar 08 12:40:00 GMT 2016

Status: Completed Successfully

Started FSCloneApplyAppsTier

and now the session throws endless error/warnings:

RC-00200: Error: Exception occurred while taking input from user

RC-00212: Warning: Input value cannot be null

Anyone come across this?
