Unusual behavior when using Send to User Groups

Hello all,

I get a "No Privilege Users [User Group ABC] has been removed since they do not have sufficients privileges." when using the Send function to the User Groups. However, I was able to use the Send function to send to each of the users that belong to that group individually with no issues. So it's not that the user doesn't have the permission to access the object or the affected items or the related objects.

We associate the roles to the users not the User Groups. So the User Groups are strictly for approval routing and noticiation purposes.
