Is Clone and Mask of a database possible?

Dear Gurus,

We have a scenario where an Operating Unit which belonged to Company X is going to Company Y. So evidently all the ERP system is going from Company X network to Company Y network.

If Company X allows, then can we perform a Clone and Mask approach on Company X database to so that data, setups, objects etc. pertained to the above Operating Unit data only can be brought to Company Y database?

Is Cloning and Masking data possible? Here we are talking on Masking the other Operating Units which are not required, only the Operating Unit mentioned above needs to be brought into.
