Upgrade path for 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 when combined with platform migration

We are planning an upgrade from:

EBS 12.1.3 / RDBMS 11.2.0.4 on HP-UX

to :

EBS 12.2.5 / RDBMS 12.1 on IBM AIX

Having reviewed Doc ID 1377213.1 "EBS Upgrades and Platform Migration" it appears that we can perform the upgrade following these

high-level steps:

1) Migrate the database to 11.2.0.4 on AIX using transportable database.

2) Upgrade database to 12.1

3) Install EBS 12.2 file system on AIX

4) Run rapidwiz a second time to upgrade database EBS objects to 12.2

5) Apply latest AD & TXK patchsets

6) Apply 12.2.5 RUP

Could anybody advise is this approach is OK?
