What is the latest JDK supported? Can I use JDK 1.7 or JDK 1.6.0_111 or greater?

What is the latest JDK supported on OEM 12cR5?  I have JDK 1.6.0_105 installed but need to move to a minimum of 1.6.0_111 so I can enable TLSv1.1.  Is this supported?  I know the agents can't do anything but TLSv1.  I'm not concerned with the agent's communication since I can leave those on a lower JDK version and I can also configure the upload to allow TLSv1.   Also, can I upgrade to JDK 1.7?
