My Manager Self Service - My Employee Information VO

Does anyone know of any references for troubleshooting the view object that is used for displaying my employee information under my manager self service? Presently experiencing an intermittent issue where the query result isn't returning the required records in the page view but when executing the query in SQL developer there are no issues. I've already have the Oracle Application Framework Developer's Guide but haven't been able to find anything along these lines. Any help would be much appreciated.

Our current environment is

EBS 12.1.3

Oracle 11g 11.2.0.4

HP-UX 11.23
