Install weblogic 12.1.3 patching to 12.1.3.06

I am review the patching logs and all went well as for the patching process, but when I bring the console in the lower left hand corner it still says 12.1.3.0.0  is this latest version and the patch did not apply or does it no longer updates this value anymore?
