ACA 1095C - Box 16 shows enrollment when employee opted out
We're seeing quite a few employees now where box 14 does show an offer of coverage (per the contact/eligibility setup at time of open enrollment for 2015) but in box 16, it is returning a 2C (employee enrolled in coverage) when the employee opted-out of any medical plan.
The opt-out election is set up as a plan, but those plans are not marked with the ACA requirement fields, so we expect that the 1095C should show 2H in box 16 (for safe harbor).
Is anyone else encountering this issue, and does anyone know if this is already a reported bug with Oracle? We already have 8 open SRs on ACA logged and I hate to have to create another one.
