Change landed cost

Hi everybody, I have a doubt, hope you can helpme.

It is possible change or increase landed cost amounts once them were applied?

In this scenario the user was applied landed cost amounts to some levels of the rule using P43214 program but he wants to modify some amounts.

How can achieve this?
