Need strategy to upgrade a database from 11g to 12c with downtime..

Hi Folks,

I need to know having any approach to upgrade an existing standalone Oracle 11g 11.2.0.3 database to 12c. It should happen without having any downtime.

Let me know if I need to provide any other information regarding requirement.
