Certification status code changes to Renewing..what does this mean

Hi ,

We have users saying that they have taken OLM certification course and the status is not chnaging to complete and they are not getting credits.When we check in enrollemts table the certification status code is  'Renewing' and the status in OTA_CERT_MBR_ENROLLMENTS and OTA_CERT_PRD_ENROLLMENTS are still active.Any idea what would be the issue.Did anyone face such issues.
