Restrict Group Usage

Hi,

I have created a Field Engineer group and in usage Tab I specified as Telesales and Sales, Service, Support due to which in the Lead screen the resources of Service is also getting displayed.

As I have noticed once usage is defined it cannot be deleted or end date.

I want to restrict to have only resources of Sales group in Lead screen please advise how to fix this issue
