EBS 12.1.1 upgrade to EBS 12.2

Hi Experts

I just wanted to know, if there are any bugs associated with upgrade driver patch(AD 12.2 merge with CUPs). The reason being, when I am running the patch in the run file system, it invalidates lots of apps objects(more than 5K objects) and thereby hangs at one position. Have I missed any pre upgrade steps?
