What are the points we need to consider before going for Migration(11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4)

Hi All,

Currently we are using ARM11.1.2.3.501 and planning to upgrade to 11.1.2.4, so can some one suggest what is the best practices while going for migration and procedure for migration.
