Post PO Approval ,PO cXML is not being seen in outbound messages

Hi there,

We have XML Gateway setup - done for "Trading Partner SetUp".

Our POs are approved but we are not able to those under outbound messages.(Sys Admin >>Workflow >>Transaction Monitor >> Outbound Messages )

Need to understand

A) How is this XML fired ?At what step it will be fired ?How to drill down to debug this issue ?

B)Any other info is welcome.
