Oracle sourcing: Sourcing Team Member not getting notification to score quote

Hello All,

Please am working on Oracle 12.0.3, After creating the RFQ, Vendors submit their quote. after they submit their quotes and RFQ is closed , I click on manage scoring team but when I log in as a sourcing team member I don't see any notification or quote to score. the sourcing home page of the sourcing team member is blank.

Anyone with a solution?
