Images not showing in XML Publisher excel output

Hi,

We had a XML publisher report with default output type as Excel.

A dummy image was embedded in the RTF and property was set on it as url:{'${OA_MEDIA}/logo.jpg'} 

It was working till last few days. Recently Internet Explorer version was updated from IE9 to IE11 and the images have stopped rendering in excel output files.

Even the old requests which were showing images in output till last few days have also lost te image now.

The images are coming if the application is opened in IE9 or Chrome and then Concurrent program --> Request id --> View Output is done,
