When can we expect solution for 1095C reporting of COBRA participants from an external source?

During 8 Dec webcast it was mentioned that development is planning to deliver a UI for entering data for COBRA participants that are not in Oracle and that it will be one off patch released soon after phase 2 patch.

We have few of these cases and wondering when can we expect this solution.

Also when is the plan to release solution for IRS filing.
