Is existing SLA rules applicable for Manual SLA Journal Entries entered through any of Subledger Mod

Hi,

We are trying to enter Manual SLA Journal entries and expected to apply SLA Rules when we are trying to create accounting&posting in Final mode but it is not?

Any body having idea will SLA rules also applicable for Manual SLA Jounral entries either in primary or Secondary Ledgers?
