Multiple AC Distribution dropped when Requisition being converted to Purchase Order.

Hello,

We are seeing occurrences where sometimes Multiple Account Distribution on a Requisition is being dropped when it gets converted to a PO. Has anyone out there faced a similar issue and can provide some information for the cause and the fix for this?

I am in the process of investigating this issue and any support will be much appreciated!
