How to find move orders by creator name

Hello

I wonder how to find move orders by its creator name.

Go to 'move orders' form, press binoculars buttons, and the 'find move orders' form should appear. On the form bottom the last field is 'Created by', it is already filed with my username and it's greyed.

What I need to do to be able to choose other usernames to seek for move orders created by other users ?
