Order Download using R47027

we are using JDE world A9.3 and the questions is , If we use the program P47027 for order download process from F4211, the data will get stored in F47026 & F47027 files, once the data updated in these 2 files, will the standard functionality of report P47027 will able to bump the status from(example Next status 525 to 526) ? Or do we need to do the custom for the status movement in F4211? we planning to use this outbound files to download the orders from JDE to 3rd party transportation system for the Carrier tendering

Also, can we use the file F47131 & F47132 for inbound process , once the carrier tender done by 3rd party transportation, we can use these 2 files F47131 & F47132 with different transaction set '204' , once we get inbound data in F47131 / 132 will the f4211 next status will get move by report R47131 from 526 to 527?
