Oracle 12c R1 and Oracle Cluster 3.3 3/13 compatibility

We are currently retrofitting our Solaris 10 Sun V440 2 node cluster running Oracle cluster 3.3 3/13 (update 1), Oracle RAC 11g R2 (11.0.2.3, something like that), with Oracle RAC 12C R1. IT will be a clean install of 12c, not a upgrade. We do use Raw volumes under Veritas 5.1 vxvm control.

     What are some Known issues we are going to face, before we wipe out the 11gR2 environment? Our application requires the Oracle Cluster 3.3 to failover to the opposite node upon failure of one node.

Should I find another cluster like a Oracle 11.2 with Oracle Cluster 4.2?
