Grand Totals display with sign reversed in a Financial Report

This is a simple financial report with with no LODs or AAIs used and  following processing option selected:

The report shows up as :

There is no customization in this report.The smart fields are defined as per the wizard.

Is there a way to control Grand Total Line with Event Rules or any other way to correctly reflect Revenue as a positive number and Expenses as a negative number?
