What's new in 12.1.2.6.0

1. Update Grid Infrastructure from 12.1.0.2.x, 11.2.0.4.x or 11.2.0.3.x to 12.1.0.2.160119.
2. Oracle Database Patch Set Update (PSU) 12.1.0.2.160119, 11.2.0.4.160119 and 11.2.0.3.15.
3. Update OS from OL5.11 to OL6.7 for Bare Metal and ODA Base.  For this release only, we do NOT update ILOM, BIOS, Controller, Expander, disk firmwares.

12.1.2.6 focuses on OL5 patching to OL6.7 and "due to this release focus on the major OS update from OL5 to OL6.7;

all other infrastructure components will not be patched.  In a virtualized environment, usually all other infrastructure components on dom0 will also be patched; in this release, we skip them.
