Incorrect item getting assigned to event

Hello,

While performing rating the item that is getting assigned is incorrect. We loaded the config file using import functionality using below command:

./ImportExportPricing -import -config export_config2016-03-10_11-11-12.xml -ow

We rated a DATA CDR, so ideally "/item/us/post/t/ip" item should have been assigned but the item that got assigned is "/item/misc".(Attached blk file)

Please find screenshots of config_item_tags_t and config_item_types_t attached.

Please let me know in case further details are required.
