Hi All,

I just need to check the technical feasibility in siebel for below scenerio:

Organisation needs to send out a survey link for clients after client visit.

In Siebel workflow rules to trigger the event would need to be configured.

Example: Three days after a client appointment with Subject “XYZ” initiate Survey

This request would be sent to the Online Survey API to trigger the sending of the email of survey.

The result of the survey should be pushed back to Siebel allowing to display for example a customer satisfaction score in Siebel is ****.

Can anyone suggest the tecnical approach for the same ASAP.
