'Open for update' button is not appearing for automatically created warranties
Hi All,
For 'active' contracts, 'Open for update' button is not there. This problem is happening only for warranty contract that are automatically created. For manually created contracts, this problem is not there. 'Open for Update' button is coming for them.
I have checked the setup of 'Status and Operations', where 'Update Online' operation is allowed for 'Warranty and Extended Warranty'.
Is there some different setup for automatically created warranties? Find attached screenshot for this.
