module bad performance

Hello gurus,

      I did an AWR on my database then i try to understand and i would like explain that the module  XXPOIMPBDC  is bad because the time cpu is 234 s for 1 execute.
and i see that the query Attach Doc Devis is executed 13 485 175 times during 45 minits.

1 - How may i prove it ? ( For the gurus is the time 234.11 per exec bad )

2 - How may I see and open the module, XXPOIMPBDC, by a DDL statement ?

3 - May i trace a Module complete, and if "yes" how can i do it ? i tried with tkprof by trace event 10046 but i have not found for a module complete, only query.
