Different Warranty for Different Customers for same Inventory Organization

Hi,

Warranties gets created automatically when a particular item is shipped from Order Management:

Pre Requisities:

1. Coverage Created

2. Service Item Created with the above coverage in the service tab of the item definition.

3. BOM created for the Sellable item and the service item added.

Suppose the uom for the service item is year, and in the BOM Definition the qty is 2, then the warranty should be created for 2 Years.

Item Name: Laptop

Service Item: Warranty

Inv Org: 001

When Laptop is shipped from 001, a Warranty Contract is automatically created.

Now: Business wants flexibility in the Service Item and the Duration when ordering from Order Management.
