Batch Bursting not working for Parents when Inclusive is selected?

Greetings,

we are on 11.2.2.300

I'm batch bursting 100+ reports via  a batch command file calling ScheduleBatch.cmd.  I generated the XML based on the Scheduled Output, and although I checked "Descendant Inclusive" in the dimension, the XML does not show Inclusive, and as a result, only reports with descendants are generated, and not their parents.

In the example, I selected Casino Operations and its descendants.  However, in the XML, only the descendants are selected.  I tried various things in the XML, such as adding (Inclusive).  That did not work.

Any ideas is greatly appreciated.
