excell export table but doesn't display 2 colum I CAN NOT FIND SOLUTION YET..

Hi ALL,


we installed JDE tool 9.1.5 currently, but facing issue when submit report and the pdf output doesn't display 2 colum, I means 2 colum are missing


I try,delete cache, demove SPEC of rerport but doesn´t, pktge update'' resolve yet..

are there excell config?

csv config?

browser setting?

..?

the  2 colum are in middle, ..rarelly too
