Oracle 11i AR : autolockbox program is not bringing the application reference number

Hello, we are using oracle 11 I and using the autolockbox program to load our payments and receipts detail. this program is not populating the application reference number. I need help where to map this and how to bring this information so, when the receipts are loaded from the bank it brings up this  reference field.
