Create new BI Publisher template for Quote R43530

I have worked with existing templates and Report Definitions to make changes, but now we are starting to use PO Quote, which for us is new functionality.  It seems like there should be a standard template for this UBE to start with but I can't seem to find anything.  Is there such a thing?  Can someone point me to some documentation to create a new template and RD?  We are using 9.0.
