Can Hyperion Planning run from a PC?

Hello,

We currently run Planning and all the Hyperion services on a Windows server.  Essbase and the database are on a Unix server.  Can we run Planning and all the Hyperion services from a Windows 7 PC?

I should explain why.  We are phasing out Hyperion, but we want to keep it around for a year.  We want to save the expense of paying for the server.
