EDI 820 vs 823 and it's EDI Files?

Hello,

We are in the process of legacy application to JDE E1 9.1 conversion. As part of this  EDI 820 (customer payments) from current legacy EDI process has to be moved to JDE.

I am looking for JDE EDI 820 process/setup and implementation whitepapers or documents and i could not find much details to get me started.

also, i am confused as JDE has EDI 820 and 823 transactions for customer payments and 4 different tables (F47111 to F47114) which both 820 and 823 uses in common.

     -  Can you suggest or share documents to get me more educated on JDE 820 vs 823.

          -  Not sure which EDI set to use for our conversion?
