Time phased planning percentage of components in BOM

Is there a possibility to enter time phased planning percentage in EBS BOM?

For example we have a PTO model with PTO Kit, option class and option as components underneath.

Is there a way to enter 100% from 14th March to 31st March

                                   200% from 1st April to 30th April

for all the components?

If yes, how and where the enter it?
